Neighbourhood health is one of the key components of the new NHS 10 Year Plan. Dr Amy Dissanayake (National Specialty Advisor, NHS England), Debbie Austin (Family Carer), and Viv Cooper (CBF Founder and Family Carer) facilitated a discussion about how a neighbourhood health model could address the health inequalities faced by people with learning disabilities whose behaviours challenge.
