The Challenging Behaviour Foundation is looking for a MEL Consultant/consulting team to lead monitoring, evaluation and learning for our ‘Making it Matter: no voice but a lot to say’ project funded by The National Lottery Community Fund.
This five-year project will increase engagement with young people with severe learning disabilities or profound and multiple learning disabilities and drive meaningful change in policy, practice and communities.
The Consultant/consulting team will ensure that data and insights inform the Making it Matter project’s work and effectively demonstrate our impact while also developing systems that enable us to gather evidence to demonstrate and share our learning with others. In addition, the consultant will embed project MEL systems, lead on evaluation, develop data collection tools, analyse data and share reports and learning to improve project effectiveness.
