Toolkit: Social Media Materials

How will you find out what matters to people with severe or profound and multiple learning disabilities?
How will you use what matters to make a difference?
Sharing the messages from the What Matters to Me project, we wanted to utilise the wonderful media of the young people from the project to highlight the importance and rights for people with severe or profound and multiple learning disabilities to be engaged with in a meaningful way so they can influence the support and services they receive.

Materials Social Media Templates

These templates can be used by others across social media and shared or printed to raise awareness of ensuring everyone is engaged with and can have influence. These templates focus on two important elements from the project – engagement and our project focus of transition, to share in more ways what needs to be in place for young people as they transition to adulthood.
