Summary

Hours: 15 hours per week (flexible within core hours of 9-5)

Based at: The Challenging Behaviour Foundation office, Chatham, Kent (5 minute walk from the train station)

Length of post: One year fixed term (potential to extend)

Start date: ASAP

Salary: £22k – £24K (pro rata) dependent on experience

We are looking for a committed and organised Finance Assistant to work within our small and friendly team providing finance and payroll support to our charity.

You will need to have relevant experience in a finance/accounting role and be pro-active in developing processes and procedures to meet the needs of the organisation and different funding requirements.  Experience of Quickbooks would be preferable.

We are a registered national charity specifically focused on the needs of children, young people, and adults with a severe learning disability whose behaviour may challenge, and their families.  We believe that with the right support, in the right place, at the right time everyone can lead a full and active life.
