Get work involved
There are lots of ways to fundraise with your workplace or colleagues:
- The Give as you Earn scheme means you can donate through your salary and will not be taxed on your charitable donations.
- Grab some colleagues and take on a challenge together, visit our challenge yourself page to find out more
- How about organising a fundraising event with your work, maybe a bake sale, a quiz night or step challenge?
- You could also ask your work to match the funds you raise for us.

Draws take place every month with the winning number receiving £25 (rising to £50 for the November draw).
The 100 Club helps raise vital funds towards the basic running costs of the office, including things like rent, photocopying, telephone, stationery etc.
Gift Aid
The Gift Aid scheme lets the CBF claim back the tax on anything you donate to us. That’s an extra 25p for every £1 you give, and it won’t cost you a penny. If you pay at least as much UK Income tax as the amount you donate to charity within the tax year, you can help us out with Gift Aid. When donating online just click ‘yes’ for Gift Aid to be claimed automatically. If you are donating by post, please download a Gift Aid form and send it with your donation.
