Carers Catch Up Plus Sessions: Time for You

Sign up to our new Carers Catch Up Plus Events, designed to help you take time out and learn some new ways of focusing on your wellbeing as a carer.

We hear you! The past few years have been difficult for everyone, but we know that for families caring for someone with a learning disability it has been particularly hard. So, what can we do to help?

Our new Carers Catch Up Plus Events are designed to help you take time out and learn some new ways of focusing on your wellbeing as a carer. Would you like to connect with others? Learn some relaxation and mindfulness techniques? Get better sleep or try a new craft? Our Carers Catch Up Plus events are designed to help you do just that.

This new series of Free online events can be accessed from wherever you are across the UK and need no specialist equipment or resources to take part. You can book as many sessions as you like, try them all or just pick the ones you are most interested in. We’d love to see you there.
