CBF support for commissioners and providers

The Challenging Behaviour Foundation can support you to work more closely with families caring for someone with a learning disability and behaviour described as challenging to deliver the changes we all want to see. The Challenging Behaviour Foundation can support you with: 

Building local capacity by working with you to engage family carers in service design, developing  peer support and a community of practice development 

Engaging and listening to families by working with you to facilitate consultations and focus groups, involvement of families in your work including steering groups and projects and designing and producing appropriate information for local families.  

Building  knowledge and understanding of Positive Behavioural Support by  providing Positive Behaviour support workshops targeted at the needs of families and frontline staff and modelling a partnership approach.
