Planning for the Future Packs
While many families feel daunted and under supported as they think about future options for their sons or daughters, there is an abundance of information available – if only you know where to look!
The purpose of these packs are to provide information specific to the needs of families caring for individuals with severe learning disabilities who are described as having challenging behaviour. It is hoped that it will provide the tools families require as they start to plan for future support and opportunities for their sons and daughters, including education, housing, employment and community involvement for the individual.
